Use this when (a) requesting content images for The CW programming campaigns or (b) seeking final approval of a mock.
NEW REQUESTS: If you seek a new image, please fill in all boxes (what, where, when).
FINAL APPROVAL: If you seek approval for a mock, scroll to the bottom and attach under “File Attachments”. In addition, provide launch, kill dates, etc.
Please be mindful of your final deadline when submitting requests, it takes about 5 business days to get final approval. Submitting requests 3-4 weeks before the launch date is ideal.
